Whatever the position is, here is where you should advertise. Is there a contract position coming up in your orchestra. Do you need a drummer for your band? The Waitakere City Ladies Choir Inc.
It was established more than 50 years ago and has developed wide appeal singing varied works such as classical, sacred, and show songs, and combining at times with some well known bands.
The choir has produced a compact disc - recording a variety of music which the choir presents. During 2009 the choir also performed on TVNZ's 'Praise Be' programme.
The year's programme consists of many singing engagements, we are happy to perform when asked. A concert at the Playhouse Theatre, Glen Eden is also booked, later during the year (2010). Our aim is to encourage and develop our choral talents and promote enjoyment and appreciation of music in the wider community.

Waitakere Mens Choir
We rehearse on a Monday evening for two hours and do occasional concerts. Our rehearsal venue is in Te Atatu North, Auckland. We would welcome singers of all shapes and sizes. Phone Noel on 09 828 1305 or Dick 09 832 2580.
Pakuranga Choral Society - Singers Wanted

An amazing woman - her full name is Zhou Xiaoyan. She sings both European and Chinese Opera and is the best coloratura singer in China. After studying in France for ten years, where she earned a fine reputation she returned to China where she teaches singing with the methods acquired in Europe and has trained many talented singers.
